Manor Oaks Homeowners Association

We have recieved a notice of a major modifaction happening on HWY 41 and wanted to keep everyone informed. They are planning a gas station and a fast food resturant on the west side of Hwy 41 (where the christmas tree/fireworks are being sold). There will be a public hearing held on 1/18/2022 at 6:00pm at the Robert W. Saunders, Sr. public library on Nebraska Ave in Tampa, if anyone would like to attend.
